What does the warranty cover?
    •    Any defects in material
    •    Defects in workmanship under normal use
What will we do to correct problems?
    •    Repair or replace the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty
How long does the coverage last?
    •    The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased within the stated amount on the boxes days from the date of purchase
What does this warranty not cover?
    •    Damage of a product resulting from negligence
    •    Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
    •    Damage caused by natural disaster
    •    Damage caused by misuse of the product
What do you have to do?
    •    The product must be in its original packaging
    •    Contact UGSM and fill out a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) form
    •    Remember that any documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package
